Hi, my name is Steve Hochman and I'm the co-founder. of GX5 FIT. Over my 20+ year fitness career, training thousands of personal clients, and tens of thousands through my fitness franchises worldwide, I discovered that 90 percent of people just aren’t activating their glutes.The reason is because ever since we learned to stand and walk, we've built powerful neural-connections to our quads, but not our glutes. Without even knowing it, most people, when doing glute exercises, shift their weight to the front of their foot, activating their quads, while deactivating their glutes. That's why so many people end up saying, "I'm quad dominant."
